- Remove an email account from an Android Device
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Notification Shade.
- Tap the Settings button in the top right corner of your screen. It looks like a small gear.
Swipe up to scroll down.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap the account you wish to remove to select it.
Tap on your account name
- Tap More in the upper right corner of your screen (or it may show 3 dots instead of the word More)
- Tap Remove account in the more menu.
Tap Remove account at the bottom of the confirmation pop-up box.
- Add Office 365 email to an Android Device
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Notification Shade.
- Tap the Settings button in the top right corner of your screen. It looks like a small gear.
Swipe up to scroll down.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap Add account.
Tap on the type of account you want to add, which is Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
Enter your email address and password
All passwords must now be 8 characters in length. If your password was only 6 characters before, you must add a 00 (zero zero) to the front of you password. Tap Sign in
Click OK or Continue to confirm and all settings will be auto detected.
